為(wei)了掌握烘(hong)干(gan)機物(wu)(wu)料層(ceng)(ceng)穿透(tou)風速(su)(su)對物(wu)(wu)料升(sheng)溫(wen)(wen)速(su)(su)度和溫(wen)(wen)度分布(bu)均勻(yun)性(xing)的影(ying)響(xiang),在其它條件(jian)不變的情況下,進行(xing)了物(wu)(wu)料層(ceng)(ceng)平均穿透(tou)風速(su)(su)對物(wu)(wu)料升(sheng)溫(wen)(wen)速(su)(su)度和物(wu)(wu)料層(ceng)(ceng)溫(wen)(wen)度分布(bu)均勻(yun)性(xing)影(ying)響(xiang)的單(dan)因素試(shi)(shi)驗研究,以尋求適(shi)宜(yi)的穿透(tou)風速(su)(su)范(fan)圍。試(shi)(shi)驗時,烘(hong)干(gan)機遠(yuan)紅外(wai)電(dian)加熱管功(gong)率(lv)為(wei)9kW,物(wu)(wu)料層(ceng)(ceng)厚度為(wei)150mm。在物(wu)(wu)料層(ceng)(ceng)內距離遠(yuan)紅外(wai)線電(dian)加熱管近、中、遠(yuan)3個位置(zhi),測(ce)量物(wu)(wu)料升(sheng)溫(wen)(wen)情況。
