階段(duan)一(yi)段(duan)是前10小時溫度要(yao)求在(zai)20℃-25℃。
階段二是經(jing)過(guo)(guo)10小時的(de)(de)緩慢(man)升溫(wen)將(jiang)溫(wen)度(du)升到27℃-28℃,然后再經(jing)過(guo)(guo)10小時的(de)(de)萎凋升溫(wen)過(guo)(guo)程將(jiang)溫(wen)度(du)升到35℃,特別(bie)注(zhu)意(yi)的(de)(de)是整個工序過(guo)(guo)程要保證烘干房通風均勻。將(jiang)萎凋后的(de)(de)白茶堆放在一起(qi),上(shang)覆抹布(bu),讓(rang)白茶微微發酵3-5天。
當白茶堆積發酵完成后,進(jin)行高(gao)溫(wen)烘干,將熱(re)泵烘干機的(de)溫(wen)度(du)設(she)為60℃-75℃,不(bu)得超過75℃,烘干10個小(xiao)時左(zuo)右即可(ke)。經過此過程干燥的(de)白茶含(han)水率都控制在5%以下。
